Out of the blue, the Saint of Incipient Insanities ,an amazing book by Elif Shafak, an established writer with award-winning Turkish novels, who has been attacked for reviving Ottoman words, for her fascination with religion, and now for “betraying” her motherland by writing in English :-)

I love travelling and I have been to very few countries compared to how big and diverse this world is... My favourite travel destinations so far are India, Thailand and Mexico for their diverse culture, amazing nature and delicious cuisine. But Turkey still remains as my very favourite for similar reasons :-)
